• The first burn should be 4 hours or until a full side-to-side burn is achieved. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Beeswax burns at a very high temperature, especially at first, so it will take a while for the heat of the wick to melt to the edge of the jar.

• Before the second burn, and every time after that, trim the wick just enough to remove the burnt mushroom top.
