Return Policy

Our desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SANCTUAIRE. Please refer to our return policy below and feel free to send an email to care@sanctuairelife.com if you have any further questions.


FACE

Products classified as Skincare, Cosmetics, or Beauty items may only be returned if they are unopened and unused. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return shipping.  Items that have been opened or used are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Facial tools (Rollers, Gua Shas, etc) are non-returnable. 

BODY

Products classified as Body Care (lotions, oils, creams) may only be returned if they are unopened and unused. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return shipping.  Items that have been opened or used are non-returnable and non-refundable.

WELLNESS

Due to the importance of hygiene with our Wellness products, many are non-returnable and non-refundable. Crystal Sets, Facial Rollers, Gua Shas, Sage Sticks, Sleep Masks, Candles, Body Brushes and Teas are non-returnable. Bath Salts, Bath Powders, Essential Oils, and CBD related products may only be returned if they are unopened and unused.  Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return shipping. Items that have been opened or used are non-returnable and non-refundable.

STYLE

Apparel

Our apparel pieces are handcrafted items with many that are made specifically for your order. For that reason, all apparel pieces are non-refundable. Unworn pieces (with the tags) may be exchanged for a different size with the same brand, if available. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return/exchange shipping.  Items that have been worn are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lingerie

Our lingerie pieces are handcrafted items with many that are made specifically for your order. For that reason, all lingerie pieces are non-refundable. Unworn pieces (with the tags) may be exchanged for a different size with the same brand, if available. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return/exchange shipping. Items that have been worn are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Swimwear

Many of our swimwear pieces are specially craft items and often times they are made specifically for your order. For that reason, all swimwear pieces are non-refundable. Unworn pieces (with the tags and sanitary lining in original form) may be exchanged for a different size with the same brand, if available. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery of your original order. Customer pays the cost of return/exchange shipping. Items that have been worn or show any signs of oils, make-up or grease on the swimsuits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Jewelry

Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted items with many that are custom made specifically for you.  For that reason, all jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

We make an extreme effort to ensure that all items are packed appropriately for shipping but on occasion items will arrive damaged or broken.  If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, please send an email to care@sanctuairelife.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will issue a replacement.

Please note that all of our items are produced by indie brands that will be greatly impacted by frivolous returns. We ask that you be considerate in your return and replacement requests.
